ISO certification: Our commitment to quality and satisfaction

The TDA-HR group of companies and with it the long-standing, competent and loyal employees always strive to increase the quality of our services and products and to meet the expectations of our customers through personal customer relationships. With this in mind, we are proud to announce that we are in the challenging yet rewarding process of ISO certification. The path to ISO certification is not easy. Since 2019, we have strived to meet all requirements and prove to our customers and partners that we always adhere to the highest standards. Unfortunately, we have experienced some delays due to a lack of testing capacity. Despite these challenges, we have never let ourselves be deterred from our goal of providing our customers with the best possible service. We look forward to the upcoming ISO certification and will keep you updated on the progress of our certification process. Because we are convinced that quality is more than just a promise - it is what we deliver every day.

TDA maintenance contracts

The aim of a maintenance contract is the maintenance and care of dedicated software or hardware through regular inspection, functionality testing of the components (TDA asset management) and repairs in the event of malfunctions (24-hour emergency service) or pending TDA updates (software management).
